Steve Gladwin has dedicated over 30 years to the construction, workplace, and facilities management sectors. He holds an MBA and has been widely recognised for his outstanding contributions to the industry, receiving both Lifetime Achievement and Trailblazer awards.
Throughout his distinguished career, Steve has provided strategic advisory services to a broad range of stakeholders, including government bodies, local authorities, and major multinational corporations. A respected subject matter expert, he also contributes to the development of future industry leaders through his work as a visiting lecturer for degree apprenticeship programmes in the built environment at the University of Greater Manchester and through the IWFM Academy.
Steve’s leadership and influence extends across the global FM community. He served as Chair of the IWFM Excellence Awards for six years, championing innovation and best practice across the sector, and also held the position of Chair of Global FM, helping to shape the international facilities management agenda.
Debra Watson is a seasoned facilities management professional with over 25 years of industry experience and degree-level qualifications. She is recognised for her strategic procurement expertise, including the development of specifications and contracts across a wide portfolio of FM services, with specialist knowledge of CAFM systems and technology-enabled service delivery.
Debra has a proven track record in driving transformation and organisational change, with a strong focus on business process re-engineering and operational excellence. She has partnered with a diverse range of clients to design and implement sustainable service models, optimise asset and maintenance management, and deliver measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, and value.
In recognition of her expertise and industry impact, Debra now serves as a judge for Industry Leading Awards, evaluating leadership excellence in the categories of ESG, technology, and innovation.
Her leadership approach blends strategic insight with practical delivery, making her a trusted advisor and transformation leader within the FM sector.
